I know that the color red is supposed to mean passion, but when I see purple it reminds me of “Purple Passion.”  Fraternities used to give their parties that name when they made punch.  Yep, grain alcohol and grape juice. Just enough of the grape juice was added to make it feel like an innocent drink. Did they name it Purple Passion because it had grape juice or because of how it makes you feel when you’ve had too much? Yes on both points.
