Did you ever think about how important applause is for everyone? The older I get the more I applause the people around me. I must admit that I applause my grandboys all the time for every little bit of progress that they make no matter how big or small. The huge smile that comes on their face makes me feel so good. Applause comes in all forms and colors. It comes with a clap, with a hug, or with a pat on the shoulder.  Applaud those around you when they take little steps. Above all, applaud yourself everyday for being who you are.
