I hope that all my friends, family and art supporters had a wonderful summer. I visited Ogunquit, Maine for the first time with my family and reveled in the colorful energy around me. I also visited Cincinnati, Ohio, as I have my paintings in the ADC GALLERY. While there I had time to visit the Contemporary Art Center, which was an amazing surprise and then went to Louisville,Kentucky, where I, of course, did some bourbon tasting. But I also found, nestled in downtown Louisville on historic West Main Street, along Museum Row, 21C Museum Hotel. It is a multi-venue contemporary art museum and award-winning 91-room boutique hotel. The art collection was as good or better than any gallery I have ever been to. I couldn't wait to come home, get in my studio, and paint, paint, paint.
